The Litchfield-by-the-Sea Community Association, Inc. Board of Directors is proposing a course of action that requires a “Referendum Vote” – namely, purchasing two pieces of property at the front of the oceanside campus. 

To ensure each member is fully informed as they cast their vote, the Board is conducting a series of Town Hall sessions (dates below), where they will extensively walk through all information related to the recommendation and the vote process. 

Linked on this page is information that will be presented at each of the Town Halls, including a presentation, FAQs, and the letter each member will receive in the mail regarding the vote.
