On June 15th, 2023, the Board of Directors voted to begin charging an admission fee, known as a “Resort Fee,” for all short-term rental guests. This fee is appropriate and necessary to maintain the Association as a premier resort.
The Resort Fee Presentation and Resort Fee Policy, linked on this page, contain all relevant details of the program, including two pages of FAQs. As part of this initiative, ALL LBTS Owners are required to register their rental status using the “Registration” link below. Owners who do not rent their units will still register – there is an option to indicate you do not rent, then you can weigh in on amenities and improvements to the resort.
All self-managed rental owners are responsible for collecting and remitting Resort Fee funds. Instructions for self-managed rental owners are linked below. We will hold a Q&A session for self-managed rental owners on September 29, 2023. Please contact Waccamaw Management for more information on those sessions.
