A Letter to All River Club Owners

To All River Club Residents: 
 

The LBTS ARB (ARB) is committed to being proactive regarding issues that are important to all River Club Residents.  As we start thinking about Spring cleanup, the ARB would like to ask all residents to take a look at their mailbox.  Does your mailbox look old, need to be cleaned, or painted, or do the letters or numbers need to be refreshed?

If appropriate, please take the necessary steps to bring your mailbox up to community standards. 

 
Residents choosing to replace their mailbox should complete the Minor Change Form and forward it to Dee Lacerte at Waccamaw Management at deel@waccamawmanagement.com.  This Minor Change form can be found on the LBTS website under the LBTS ARB tab.

The replacement standard for the River Club, except Carrington, is a black USPS standard mailbox mounted on a black post, preferably 4x4 wood post, and support arm.  The replacement standard for Carrington is a black USPS standard mailbox mounted on a white post.

If you are re-painting your existing mailbox and post the LBTS ARB would recommend the following Sherwin Williams colors for the best results – 1. Black Tricorn (SW6258), and 2. Extra White (SW7006).  These color names and numbers can be matched by most other suppliers.
